What does a stay cost?

What does each package include?

Packages are added to your stay and are available on stays of 2 nights or more. Salt & Steam: a guided walk along the coast and a massage at NOOK, our spa. Clay & Palm: a guided walk through Albufeira’s old town and a guided visit to Porches Pottery. Vine & Table: a walk through the vineyard and winery at Quinta do Canhoto, and a wine brunch. Paws & Path: your apartment prepared for your pet and a photo session with instant photos to keep. Prices are shown with each package and confirmed on hyatt.com. Once your booking is confirmed, a Guest Experience Manager from Masana gets in touch to schedule what’s included. All packages are subject to availability.

Is the package price per night?

No. The price shown with each package is for 2 nights and the package, per apartment. The package is added once, whatever the number of nights, and each extra night is at the room rate. You’ll see the exact total on hyatt.com before you book.

Can I book without choosing a package?

Yes. Leave ‘Add a winter package’ closed and book as usual.

Can I add a package to a one-night stay?

Not for now. Packages are available on stays of 2 nights or more.

Why does booking finish on hyatt.com?

Masana is part of Destination by Hyatt, so your booking is made and kept on Hyatt’s own system.

Can I cancel?

Cancellation follows the rules of the rate you book, which hyatt.com shows before you confirm.

Can we bring our pet?

Yes. Pets up to 10 kg are welcome, one per apartment, with a pet fee of €25 a night. Guide dogs are exempt from the limit and the fee. With Paws & Path, the pet fee is included. Your apartment is prepared for your pet, with treats on arrival and a photo session to keep.

December is the wettest month here. On a grey day, NOOK, our spa, is open to every guest, the gym is open around the clock, and the team can arrange a visit to a local producer.
